Lori converted Mathias’ crib to a big-boy bed a couple weeks back, which has been great. We don’t have to haul him up and down over the rail (he’s heavy!). He can get himself out of bed in the morning\u2014all good things.<\/p>\n
The new set-up has encouraged some pretty enthusiastic jumping, though. He likes to hold the rail, shout, “Jump! Jump!” and bounce like crazy. It’s impressive to watch.<\/p>\n
Before we try to get him to stop doing it (again, he’s heavy!), we thought it would be fun to film it. But, as typically happens when we try to film him anymore, he decided to come over and commandeer the camera instead!<\/p>\n
